The image that i exported. Only boarders are exported. The fill color is not exported.

When I am exporting an image in .eps extension with non trivial transperancey, the background colors of the objects is not exporting. Only the boarder is exporting. The fill color is not exporting. However in case of .png extension it works properly.

I would like your original Impress document so I can test.

Set to NEEDINFO.
Change back to UNCONFIRMED after you have provided the document.

It seems no LibO version has been able to handle transparency properly.
3.3.0 has absolutely no transparency, black background.
4.2 has the borders with black bg.

I'll change the version to 4.4 as the result matches the description.

I noticed you had filed bug 83389 with the exact same problem in Draw.

Julien linked to the code responsible for export and to me it seems shared by Impress & Draw, so I'll close this as dupe.
