Description actionmystique 2015-03-18 17:28:53 UTC
This "frame" has been inserted during a .docx -> .odt conversion.
I seems to be impossible to remove it now.

First line - page 1 of document: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B6XxNd5c3zV_N2NXaWVMVFFNM3M/view?usp=sharing

If you copy & rename the file to .zip and look inside the content.xml, the frame is this:

<draw:frame draw:style-name="fr2" draw:name="Rectangle 172" text:anchor-type="paragraph" svg:x="9.379cm" svg:y="0.741cm" svg:width="8.112cm" svg:height="8.382cm" style:rel-height="30%" draw:z-index="48"><draw:text-box><text:p text:style-name="P471">Enhanced Cutting-Edge Summary of “CCNP ROUTE 642-902 Official Certification Guide, by Wendell Odom”</text:p></draw:text-box></draw:frame>

I manually removed it, but now the whole text is invisible probably because it's white.

Was the conversion from docx to odt done by LibreOffice?

Set to NEEDINFO.
Change back to UNCONFIRMED after you have provided the information.

Yes, from LO Writer 4.4.1.2, and then I tried to delete all frames added in first page.

Is there any way within writer to remove the frame?

I have no ideas myself, but perhaps it would help, if you shared the original .docx as well.

I was finally able to select it and delete it.
Thanks for your help though, you could confirm it was a frame.
