I know that this same bug was reported at <a href="https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=56163">56163</a> and is marked as CLOSED WORKSFORME but it is a recurring problem for me. If I highlight some text then Copy and Cut show up. If I copy or cut then right click to paste, Paste fails to appear in the context menu. I will reboot later this afternoon to see if it is fixed. If it is, then I'll slowing open programs to see if one of them interferes.

Could you then try to verify executing LibreOffice reducing as much as possible other applications running.
