Description 2015-03-22 05:53:39 UTC
When printing comments are formatted in this form:

Page : <Number> Line : <Number> Author : <Author> <Date>

This formatting is reading unfavorable, because of associating "<Number> Line" instead of "Page : <Number>".

The behavior should be corrected e.g. in:

Page: <Number>, Line: <Number>, Author: <Author> <Date>
Page: <Number> - Line: <Number> - Author: <Author> <Date>

(without a space in front of the ":" and with demarcation of entries from each other)

or another more clear expression.

I agree it is not easy to read it.
Both suggestions look very good for me and both are an improvement.

Reproducible with LO 4.4.1.2, Win 8.1.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open WRITER
2. Write a short text.
3. Insert a comment at any place with INSERT -> COMMENT
4. Go FILE -> PRINT
5. At the end of the GENERAL tab select Comments = Place at end of document
6. Press OK to print it (to test it, you can of course also print it as a pdf to save paper and protect the environment)

Result: Take a look at the last page of your printing.

Also in OOo 3.3, so inherited.

Ideally, spacing for colon should follow locale (e.g. space before for French, no space for English).
