1. New Text Document.
2. Type "test" (Default Style - Liberation Serif - 12pt).
3. Insert -> Comment.
4. Type "test" in comment (Default - Liberation Serif - 10pt).
5. File -> Save As -> Save as type: Rich Text (.rtf).
6. Close and reopen document.
Expected Result:
Comment font size is 10pt.
Result:
Comment font size is 12pt.

Any other formatting is not preserved as well.

I fixed this in 2015, just forgot to search for duplicates.
