MSO 2003/2007 OOXML and 2010/2013 OOXML require different default settings. To correctly import them, Libreoffice must be able to support multiple default values. However the current system only supports one set of defaults. Please consider upgrading the importer to allow for importing multiple versions of the OOXML spec.

I'm not too familiar with the nuances of OOXML import, but if there are different defaults that we're not respecting, then we should definitely try to improve our filters. If I'm understanding the commits and comments from Bug 82216 correctly, Markus has added the capability to handle the different defaults required for OOXML 2007 vs 2010. If so, we should close this report as FIXED. Thanks Markus!
As mentioned this is fixed in master and some older versions. There might be some problems with PPTX and DOCX importing the app.xml file too late but the basic support is there. Now it is just making sure that all import filters import in the right order.
