I haven't used LO for a while, but today both Write and Calc showed strange rectangles after the mouse hovered over tool bar and menu bar.

Arch now has Gnome 3.16 :) Want to try updating and see what happens?
Comment 4 Orange Dolphin 2015-04-10 21:02:43 UTC
I've updated the system (including Gnome) and nothing's changed.
One thing - I think this is clear from the details above, but in case it isn't - I have the libreoffice-fresh package, rather than the more stable "still" package.

@Orange Dolphin
did you try latest LibO 4.4.3.2 release?
did you try resetting the user profile?

I set status to NEEDINFO waiting for feedback

Hi all
I have recently reinstalled the entire operating system to implement full disk encryption.
I have also removed the user profile files from my home partition.
Now I'm running libreoffice 4.4.3.2 and the bug has vanished.
Unfortunately I'm unable to tell which action lead to the bug's disappearance.

Thanks for testing. I'll set to WFM.
