Description Michael Jonas 2015-04-05 05:02:25 UTC
I installed Libre Fresh 4.4.2 (using Yosemite) and there are no icons on any of the toolbars. I then "replaced" it with Libre Still 4.3.6 and the toolbar icons are there. Am I doing something wrong, or missing something?
Comment 1 Alex Thurgood 2015-04-05 09:09:06 UTC
Can't reproduce on my system : OSX 10.10.2, but I will check the download package.

SIFR is the default icon set for LO on OSX these days, and should be included. Which icon set were you using previously ?

Did you install any particular language pack ?

Setting to NEEDINFO pending requested information. Please set back to UNCONFIRMED when you have provided it.

For the test, could you rename your LO directory profile (see https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile#Mac_OS_X) and give it a new try?
Comment 3 Michael Jonas 2015-04-05 14:38:55 UTC
I'm sorry, but I'm something of a novice...I could not find the LO user profile folder, nor do I know what SIFR is.

I've looked through the entire Library folder on my MAC, and don't see the folder you're directing me to.

I have a screenshot of the entire folder, but I don't know how to attached the JPGs (4).

It's because there's an option to check to display Library, see http://osxdaily.com/2014/12/16/show-user-library-folder-os-x-yosemite/
Comment 10 Michael Jonas 2015-04-05 15:44:48 UTC
The instructions were very clear...I changed the folder from "User" to User-Old" and restarted LO...and the toolbar icons were there.

I'll just reset my Preferences -- should I delete the original User folder?

Thank you -- for your help AND for your patience.
Comment 11 Julien Nabet 2015-04-05 16:17:53 UTC
If you don't need to retrieve some specific customization or extensions, you can indeed delete the old LO directory profile.

Anyway, thank you for your feedback, let's put to WFM, since it's not resolved thanks to a patch.
