I had downloaded LibreOffice from LibreOffice website. When I try to watch anime online or scroll the page down. Both the video and the webpage freezes.

Do I understand it right, that you had problems to view the LO website?
If yes, have you tried it once more a little bit later, if your PC or internet connection was maybe only disturbed?  I opened the LO website right now and had no problems.
Or do you mean you have problems with LO office suite?

Well this doesn't sound like it has anything to do with LibreOffice.. closing as INVALID.
