PVS-Studio LO check article and details

PVS Studio team made a check of LibreOffice using their tool. The check results are here:

Maybe it's worth it to look into the results and maybe fix some issues found. there seems to be a number of possibly actual bugs, and some code needing care.

Bug 89756 already had been filed. I make this meta dependent on it.

I attach the original article (saved as PDF, with original Russian and translated English text) and report files attached to the article, to avoid dependence on external source.

We fixed most of these issues more than a month ago...

Oh, I'm sorry...

I searched for the "PVS", "viva64" and such, and haven't found issues here in Bugzilla. So I decided to file this just to inform devs.

Please close this if it's useless. Sorry for noise.
