I have seen this first in 4.4, and it didn't happen on earlier versions, so it seems like a regression. I am attaching a .zip with both the original and the exported file.
I see the numbers in your own docx in LibO 4.4, but not in 5.0alpha1. If I save your doc to docx with 5.0, I can't see the numbers in 4.4 either, so that is certainly promising. I noticed the layout of personal details in the doc differs greatly from the docx, causing the page count to drop from 4 to 3. You can open another report for that, if you wish. I'll set this to NEW, but you can set it to RESOLVED WORKSFORME, if you are content with knowing it is fixed in an upcoming version. 4.4.3 RC2 will be released next week, though, so we should retest with it.
