NO OPTION FOR REPOSITIONING CHART LEGEND

AFTER REPOSITIONING DEFAULTS TO UPPER LEFT AFTER SAVE/REOPEN

i.e. does not take user input on chart legend location.
This is a serious bug because one constantly wants to MOVE the chart legends around.

Worst of all is it looks fine on the screen, until after saving.

Any user friendly app MUST allow the user to make things as they see fit, NOT apply a cookie cutter recipe - this is OK for defaults - but if I can't override the defaults, what good is the program?
