Created attachment 115191 [details] zip archive containing source ODT, "saved as" DOCX, and PNG screenshot. Converting an ODT to a 2013 DOCX using default header styles changes adds a number to the headers in the DOCX, when the DOCX is opened in LO.

This is a FILEOPEN issue. When I looked at the docx file with MSO 2010, I didn't see the number.
This issue is duplicated with tdf#87574.
