Converting an ODT to a 2013 DOCX using default header styles changes adds a number to the headers in the DOCX, when the DOCX is opened in LO.

thanks for the clear report and files.
I confirm the problem. 
Works OK on 4.3.7

TODO:
- check for dupes
- find first version

This is a FILEOPEN issue. When I looked at the docx file with MSO 2010, I didn't see the number.
