in version LO 4.3.6.2 (locale=ru.RU) and more, function "change case - Sentense case" works not correctly. Example:

петя молодец. и вася молодец. и все молодцы - original text from multiple sentences. russian language, cyrillic font 

Петя молодец. и вася молодец. и все молодцы - function result. within the meaning of the first words in every sentence you would have to begin with a capital letter. However, this does not happen, the only change is the first word in the selection of text

in the English text takes the same:

sven is bad boy. he likes to kill - original sentence

Sven is bad boy. he likes to kill - function result
