Created attachment 115229 [details] error screenshot Loaded up any libreoffice module/app, i get the following dialog error. Error loading BASIC of document file:///home/jay/.config/libreofficedev/4_5/user/basic/Standard/script.xlb/: General Error. General input/output error. Looked into the /home/jay/.config/libreofficedev/4_5/user/basic/Standard/ folder and it was empty and if i cleared my profile, the error disappeared. Hi Jay, I do not have the problem with a fresh userprofile, nor with a imported from 4432 in Version: 5.0.0.0.alpha1+ Build ID: ec7f227f90fbdd0bd17c0b885a832e6408106deb TinderBox: Linux-rpm_deb-x86@45-TDF, Branch:master, Time: 2015-04-28_12:54:35 Locale: nl_NL.UTF-8
(Running 32 bits Ubuntu)
No problem with Version: 5.0.0.0.alpha1+ Build ID: 59adad74084e9281887e3f78a225794f37b784d7 TinderBox: Linux-rpm_deb-x86_64@46-TDF, Branch:master, Time: 2015-04-29_12:40:39 but I have path on my computer: ~/.config/libreofficedev/4/... (in your path is 4_5 ?)
(In reply to Cor Nouws from comment #1) > I do not have the problem with a fresh userprofile, nor with a imported from > 4432 in Version: 5.0.0.0.alpha1+ Go into your profile in the /user/basic/Standard/ and delete the three files in there and the error will pop up twice when you open a app. (In reply to raal from comment #3) > but I have path on my computer: ~/.config/libreofficedev/4/... (in your > path is 4_5 ?) I have devs profiles of 4.2, 4.3, 4.4 and 4.5/5.0, so i have them use separate folders as i dont want a version affecting other versions profile. :D
(In reply to Yousuf (Jay) Philips from comment #4) > Go into your profile in the /user/basic/Standard/ and delete the three files > in there and the error will pop up twice when you open a app. What a surprise? Kill part of you user profile, and wonder why there is an error message ;) ?
(In reply to Cor Nouws from comment #5) > What a surprise? Kill part of you user profile, and wonder why there is an > error message ;) ? Well i didnt kill it, it just happen to have disappeared when i launched LO and removing most parts of a user profile do not cause an error, e.g. registrymodifications.xcu.
