When open "Tool(T)" menu on Writer, the forcus is not moved AutoCollect Option by pressing ALT + A. 

Because expression is "AutoCollect Options(A)", is it truely to move ALT+A?

The bug may be translation fault.

Translators are not to blame; the English UI also has the accelerator repeated in “Automatic Spell Checking” and “AutoCorrect Options”.

I think the AutoCorrect submenu should be moved from Format to Tools and this would fix this issue as well.

The problem mentioned is in Tools, not in Format ;)

This has been resolved in master as “AutoCorrect Options” no longer has an A accelerator key.
