When inserting an image in a LibreOffice Writer document, the image is rendered half-transparent. Sample image attached.
Comment 1 MM 2015-05-11 23:23:23 UTC
Confirmed with v4.4.3.2 under windows 7 x64
Confirmed with v3.3.4 under windows 7 x64
Confirmed with 4.1.6.2 under mint 16 x64

But image doesn't gets corrupt. Writer puts somekind of border over the image, which other components don't do. For example copy/paste the image from writer to calc and you'll see the image *is* correct, no 'border' anymore.

Bug report is not clear, what is experienced and what is expected.
No corruption,
If it's about border, as MM concluded, it's not shown in Print Preview nor exported.
