After start LO, UI displayed not fully (see video). when you try to start Writer is clearly evident that something went wrong in render UI...

For the test, could you rename your LO directory profile (see https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile#Windows) and give it a new try?

If it still fails, could you disable "Use hardware acceleration" in menu Tools/options/view + then relaunch LO?
What graphic card have you got?

full uninstall LO (including cleaning the registry and remove all directories named libreoffice) and reinstall LO == bug not reproduced.

ps: videocard - AMD 7750
pps: a lot of mistakes due to the damage of the user's profile. It problem will ever be solved?

Thank you for your feedback, just nitpicking, I'll put WFM since there's no specific fix.

About mistakes in LO profile, it can be due from at least 3 causes:
- bugs in LO previous versions
- bugs in extensions
- bugs in current LO version
If you feel like, you can zip and attach your buggy LO directory profile to the bugtracker so someone may give it a try.

LO directory deleted forever and can not be recovered
