Example bug

This bug is the same, with Google Docs or Microsoft Office, for example.

Pratically:
413,32+100376,92-100690,24 = 100 (correct)
but
413,43+100376,81-100690,24 = 99,9999999999855 (???????)

where
413,43 = 413,32 + 0,11
100376,81 = 100376,92 - 0,11
100690,24 = 100690,24

Why?
