Description Robert Gonzalez MX 2015-05-23 15:27:19 UTC
Tested with LO 5 beta1 on Windows XP SP3, Windows 7 x64 and Windows 8 x64

Description:
When the icon of recent files is active, and the window list of files is open, changing to another window or application with the mouse or Alt-Tab, LO crashes.

Steps to reproduce

Open one file
Try to open another file with the recent files option of the open file icon. But don't select the file

Then, If you change to another application with Alt-Tab, Writer or Calc will Crash. Same happens when using the mouse to select another window from the windows task bar.

In LO 4.4.3.2 this doesn't happen. When you change to another window or application, the drop down list just closes.

Hi

I reproduce on windows 7/64 & Version: 5.0.0.0.beta1
Build ID: 0a16c3dda4150008d9be6f24cbd15ac198d116d3
Locale: fr-FR (fr_FR)

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open two documents
2. Click to display the recent list of open icon (standard toolbar), do not select a document
3. Click in the windows task bar on another document icon

Crash

I set status to New & join a windbg backtrace.

Regards
Pierre-Yves

Same behavior on Debian 8 with:

Version: 5.0.0.0.beta1
Build ID: 0a16c3dda4150008d9be6f24cbd15ac198d116d3
Locale: es-ES (es_ES.UTF-8)

Steps to reproduce

1. Create new file (Writer). Not necessarily open another.
2. Click on the icon to Open Recent List files
3. Don't choose any, just click in other region
4. Crash.
