When cells are formatted with Protection, Hide When Printing, and the cell
contains text, a border, and a non-white background color,

The cell background color and border are printed but the text is not.

The expected behavior would be to print nothing of the cell that is formatted to be hidden when printing.

Yep, repro with PDF printing.
