Pop-up dialog offers to update all tables of contents in document. It appears when user click "Print doc", "Export to PDF" and "Send via email"/ Quite frequent user works on large document, prints it and forget to update table of content which is located in the beginning of document.

Additionally it is useless if you print only a part of the document that does not contain the ToC. The command to update all ToC is there: menu Tools > Update > Update All or Updates All Indexes and Tables. You can easily add a shortcut key to Update All command. Best regards. JBF
Hmm, controversial idea. Maybe not-pop-up, just string somewhere in printing menu under Print button? "Some fields may be obselete"
