Description Yan Pas 2015-05-29 21:40:24 UTC
Pop-up dialog offers to update all tables of contents in document. It appears when user click "Print doc", "Export to PDF" and "Send via email"/

Quite frequent user works on large document, prints it and forget to update table of content which is located in the beginning of document.

Many users will find such a popup very annoying. Additionally it is useless if you print only a part of the document that does not contain the ToC.

The command to update all ToC is there: menu Tools > Update > Update All or Updates All Indexes and Tables. You can easily add a shortcut key to Update All command.

Hmm, controversial idea. Maybe not-pop-up, just string somewhere in printing menu under Print button? "Some fields may be obselete"
