The last column has no means to size it smaller. All other columns show a split cursor when it is moved between header cells allowing to change the width. This issue might be relevant for all table controls.

You mean Manage changes - Date/Comment? I can resize dragging the line between them just fine.

You resize the second last column not the last, the total size of this list is always the same. The use case is to get rid of the horizontal scrollbar by shrinking the last column.

Closing my own ticket since a) no volunteer shows up to change it, and b) it's the usual behavior of tables.
