Try this:

Type some text. Format paragraph as e.g. Heading 3
Push enter. Type more text, format this paragraph as heading 3 as well. Go to first paragraph. Move it a bit to the right by increasing indentation, dragging the mark on the ruler. Update style by choosing update style from styles and formatting sidebar. The first paragraph is automatically moved to left, while the second one is correctly formatted.
