Focused areas within focused widgets have a black line around now. It appears with LO 5.0 beta as well as with LO from master (see attached screenshot, red box).

the same dropdown menus have a dashed line around them instead of a solid black line. This solid line offsets the ugly space between the menu item and the dropdown arrow even more.

I guess this can be bibisected with this repository: https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/#/admin/projects/bibisect-macosx-64-5.0. Adding
