If i create a pdf plot in matplotlib, lines that should be confined to within the axis of the plot, extend beyond. I guess the pdf specifies the full line and then clips it somehow, LO is not taking this clipping into account.

This happens in 4.4 (i have not test earlier), and also with 5.0.0.0beta3. Both on linux.

See attached for an exmaple.

Also a simple inkscape pdf demonstrating the same issue. Made using Object->clip.
