See screenshot 1. reduce scale to 100% the boxes are visible - but only by maximum width of the sidebar. (picture 2) - reducing the width - the right side of the box will disappear - even there is a lot of space inside the box.

If I have like 150% and German UI (longer string for "Speed"), I reproduce. I guess, bug can be closed as UI has been changed in 5.4. My notebook with high-res display is gone, so I cannot check behavieor with actual version.
