Hello. it's a shame that LO doesn't support such a cool thing like BibTeX.
I suggest
1 Implement support for BibTeX bibliography usage as a db
2 Implement something like http://www.docear.org/software/add-ons/docear4word/download/ for OOXML, but built in. Interoperability with Docear4Word is mandatory.
3 Standardise OTF extension for embedding BibTeX DB natively.

The proposal is more defined here, but isn't this a duplicate of bug 64960?
