1. New Text Document.
2. Type “test” and turn Bullets on.
3. Save as docx and reload document.
4. Right click on paragraph → Bullets and Numbering → Options tab → click on character button.
Result:
Hang.

Looking at the backtrace, it seems to be the same bug as in Bug 93113.
