Created attachment 117075 [details] file illustrating the described bug Hello, The attached file contains a bunch of radio (option) buttons which in Word 2007 running on Windows 7 are interactive. When Writer opens the file, the buttons are rendered but you can't interact with them.

Created attachment 146260 [details] Simple example of checkbox and radio button html imported by Word When Word imports html checkbox and radio buttons it stores them as HTMLCheckbox and HTMLOption. We should import these the same way we import the html by mapping them to our forms. Instead they are imported as static images. Still repo in 6.2
