The dialog that shows the template properties shows unexpected toolbars. Any toolbar docked to the button of the Writer screen shows up in the dialog for template properties.

To Replicate:
View - Toolbars - Drawings (or any other toolbar)
Move the toolbar to be docked at the bottom of the screen.
Nov choose File - Templates - Manage.
Select a template 
Click Properties

Result:
The Drawing toolbar is visible in the dialog (see attached screenshot).

Thanks for the report Leif. The issue is already known however.
