LO Draw imports the attached PDF with height and width swapped.

I have already submitted (a year ago?) a similar bug concerning rotated PDFs. I wanted to check if it reappeared, but I can't find it now...

CCi-ing Vort, who worked on this area.
E.g. this regression was first caused by 
[a050856a670db629336681cdf4e5f36c4efefa57] fdo#78549 PDF Import: fix incorrect transformation matrix writing
Later on fix of Bug 88465 changed the behaviour again.

And this regression is fixed since commit ee21771db0292315ff3e1b87ff58294335106bd3 .
