Screenshot of the rendering problem

When using the gradient backgrounds, it looks fine while editing, but looks terrible when used in presentation mode. This only happens with a native Impress file. If I resave it as PPT it looks fine in both impress or keynote. Even a PDF export is rendered fine. It happened in an older version (I think 4.2.2), so I upgraded and still had the problem. It is quickly replicated by opening a blank presentation and then applying a gradient. The easiest way to see it is to just use the "Abstract Red" master.

Please attach the original file in both native format and ppt. Marking as NEEDINFO - once you attach those please set to UNCONFIRMED. Thanks!

Comment 8 Joel Madero 2015-07-18 05:08:49 UTC
Ubuntu 15.04 x64
LibreOffice 4.4.4.3

Seems to be an OSX issue only as I can't reproduce in Ubuntu

Comment 10 Xisco Faulí 2016-09-13 09:25:29 UTC
For the time being, there isn't any bibisect repository covering the 4.3 branch for MAC, thus removing the keyword 'bibisectRequest' and adding 'notBibisectable'
Comment 11 eisa01 2016-09-14 19:33:24 UTC
This was bibisectable, likely caused by commit https://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/core/commit/?id=bbff44e5aac6cb98582ecbab8bb478c54eaefcbf

CC-ing Tsahi Glik for that reason

when comparing the ODP in Impress with the PPT in Keynote, they both look pretty much the same.
