i think it occurs since 4.4.3 version, installed when upgrading from Linux Mint 17.1 to 17.2

to reproduce the first problem:
- select a portion of text
- clic on hyperlink button
- clic on "document" in the left column
> text selected doesn't appear

second problem:
when closing the hyperlink dialog-box and opening it again the setting in the left column is lost
