Hi, if i'm searching for a word in my document and one of the many results is found in a table, then the table toolbar pops up UNDER the search toolbar and therefore moves the search toolbar to another position (up). This means when i want to click "search next" (blue arrow), i have to move my mouse to another position, depending if a result is found in standard text or in a table. If you keep clicking at the same position without mousemovement, you likely change the vertical alignment of your table/cell. To prevent that, it would be better if the "table" toolbar would pop up ABOVE the "search" toolbar. --> The "search" toolbar stays at the same position. It's very easy to move the toolbars and fix them in a position, but why should everyone do that? I suggest: Just make it as a standard setting, i can't see any advantages in the different arrangement. Greetings Tablerocker

Mine differ from yours. I always dock toolbars like table or numbering toolbar on the left side of the window. That said it is a valid enhancement request. Best regards. JBF
Thanks for your answer. > That said it is a valid enhancement request. I'm not sure i could follow your arguments... do you mean valid or invalid request? The sentence before sounded like you meant "invalid". I'm not trying to force anyone in my personal settings, i'd just like to improve the standard settings. In the way they are now, the usability is worse than necessary. The search toolbar shouldn't be fixed for anybody, just it's movement due to popup of other toolbars. Greets Tablerocker

Valid, even (but I do not know) if nobody want implement it. > The sentence before sounded like you meant "invalid". It is only my personal though: for me this issue has a very low importance. Best regards. JBF
yep, that's why i marked it as "low enhancement" ;-) Just thought if i don't write it, maybe the developers will never know about it... Greets Tablerocker
