Created attachment 117461 [details] screenshots_before_after Some text widgets generated by LO are truncated. (I am not sure, but it may alter also other widgets). See attached screenshots. Dialog generated with LO 4 and with LO 5.
Hi Olivier, I reproduce with LO 5.0.0.3 Build ID: f79b5ba13f5e6cbad23f8038060e556217e66632 Locale : fr-FR LO 5.0.0.0.beta3 Build ID: 96345c15d8ab19c49014f055fe41ba8e1f421e5c Locale : fr-FR but not with LO 5.0.0.0.beta1 Build ID: 0a16c3dda4150008d9be6f24cbd15ac198d116d3 Locale : fr-FR & Windows 7 Home Premium I set Status to NEW, earliest affected version to 5.0.0.0.beta3. Jacques
Confirmed with Version: 5.0.0.3 Build ID: f79b5ba13f5e6cbad23f8038060e556217e66632 Locale: fr-FR (fr_FR.UTF-8) on Linux OpenSuse 13.2 OS modified accordingly
The issue is not specific to Grammalecte extension, but concerns anyone who uses the LO API to build dialogs.
I investigated. It happens when widgets overlap each other. The new behavior has no tolerance for “collision”. It makes dialog more difficult to make when you try to fit a lot of widgets in a small area. I succeeded to rework the dialog accordingly but still the previous behavior was better.

works fine on linux with grammalecte 4.10.2 (except the fact we don't see all the windows, but that is not linux related ;))
Somehow, this bug has been fixed.
