Created attachment 118016 [details] paste special drawing format synch bug I want to produce 8 similar labels on one A4 sheet. The original labels come from Publisher labels custom made. I open le old publisher labels with LO-draw, select and copy in LO-draw, I paste special into my LO-writer with DRAWING FORMAT and I cannot duplicate the change with the synchronise button. If I do the same with paste special with DRAW 8 it does synchronize well! Please see attachment. thanks for your help and regards
It seems we need your Draw file to test. Paste as drawing format for a simple rectangle + synch works ok.

Created attachment 118744 [details] writer file with paste special drawing format synch does not work
Created attachment 118745 [details] writer file with paste Draw 8 format with working sync
(In reply to Beluga from comment #1) > It seems we need your Draw file to test. > Paste as drawing format for a simple rectangle + synch works ok. Sorry for the delay. Here are three files as requested. Hope it helps.
It is true that I can't synchronize your attachment 118744 [details], but I can synchronize in my own label document after pasting the whole drawing with "Drawing format". So I'll set to NEW, as there is something wrong with your Writer document at least.. Win 7 Pro 64-bit, Version: 5.0.1.2 (32-bit) Build ID: 81898c9f5c0d43f3473ba111d7b351050be20261 Locale: fi-FI (fi_FI)

Already the basic L7165 has the synch problem (attached) I change it.Landscape instead of portrait with specific size (see documents annexed). The synchronization problem persists with that new file. Another bug: By the way to write the size page width and height by hand is sometimes impossible (a bug?). I had to scroll up for a long time for the value to be accepted (writing it directly was impossible, another value was imposed).
Created attachment 118761 [details] settings from the old publisher and new writer sticker file
Created attachment 118762 [details] new file based on avery but edited with above settings
I did another try today (17.09.2015). I installed version 4.4.5.2 back instead of version 5. The problem seems to basically remain. However, I did a new file. I made the paste drawing with synchronization not working. I then played around with the single objects: I copy and paste single elements, and edited them. And suddenly one element started to synchronize! I don't know what I made differently but on the attached file you can see both the elements which do not synchronize and ONE element which synchronize!!! I hope it helps.
Created attachment 118784 [details] label writer file where some element synchronize others don't!
