Inserting comments don't work fine. I can't remove comments and when I try to replace it, comment is copied and so, duplicated.

please upload a test file and give exact step by step instruction to reproduce the bug. tell also your O/S.

When I insert a comment it shows up at 0,0 (bug 52472). The markup can be moved around, using the context menu or Del on the keyboard deletes the comment. No issue here. And no feedback so close as INSUFFICIENTDATA.
