I keep the same displaying (no move) using 
LO 5.0.0.5 Build ID: 1b1a90865e348b492231e1c451437d7a15bb262b
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium

Can you precise your OS, please?

I set Status back to UNCONFIRMED.

when 2 pages and more side by side. 
if will be open right panel (on example "styles") and displayed less pages side by side, view moving up.
Example: 
1) you see last 3 pages side by side - 31, 32, 33. cursor on 33
2) open right panel "style"
3) and if 3 pages not fit side by side (on screen 2 page side by side), you will see page 22. but cursor on 33

view = cur * l/t
cur - current page
t - count pages side by side 
l - count pages side by side after open right panel

*and when right panel will be hide, view moving down

Could you please try to reproduce it with the latest version of LibreOffice
from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/libreoffice-fresh/ ?
I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to
