Document showing the problem

In the attached document, the heading number is 11 and I can't find any reason why: that's the only line in the document, and the numbering is set to start at 1.

Hi @Milan, thanks for reporting.

Seems the issue is that in the Outline Numbering there is as Separator Before 'Chapter 1', for you comment 'Chapter' is enough.

Resolved as not a bug.

Ah, silly me. I swear I have experienced real bugs, but apparently the only one I could create a simple test case for wasn't real... :-)
