Description Paul A. 2015-08-24 19:36:28 UTC
Case changing commands should also work when the cursor touches the first and last character of a word and not just when it is inside the word.

I will often use the keyboard to navigate from word to word and when I reach the word I want to change find my keyboard shortcut for a casing command does not work. Having them work when the cursor touches the word would save me the extra step of selecting the word or moving the cursor into it.

This is how it works in Microsoft Word and it seems like an obvious refinement to me.
