Every time I open LibreOffice I get this error message twice before it actually opens I just wanted to let you know.

Error loading BASIC of document file:///C:/Users/LapisLobo/AppData/Roaming/LibreOffice/4/user/basic/Standard/script.xlb/:
General Error.
General input/output error.

Yes, that's a long-standing bug, and unfortunately it's still not clear what triggers it. See Bug 47953 for a workaround.
