Steps:
1) Open Writer
2) Insert > Table of Contents and Index > Indexes and Tables
3) Crash

Is this a vclptr crash, as it doesnt happen in 4.4 daily?

Seems to be the same problem as in Bug 93536 (the second issue there, not the first). It should be fixed when https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/17281/ will be pushed. If you're going to test that patch, would be useful to also test if it really fixes this crash.
