Hello, there is a function for minimizing the program to the system tray when the program is started without an open document? Perhaps it would be good to add this feature in the options menu of the program.

I dont think such a feature would be needed, as that feature is primarily for applications you want to run in the background (e.g. pidgin, qbittorent) and want easy access to open them when needed.

I’m siding with Jay here: LibreOffice belongs to a kind of software in which such a feature is not really useful. In an office suite there are no tasks that a user would be able to perform in the background, namely: downloading a file, processing a batch of documents…

AFAIK there are third-party utilities that allow you to force any program into the notification area, such as AllTray. You may want to take a look into that.
