Description Kristoffer Gronlund 2015-08-31 13:40:34 UTC
When creating a slide show and copying, pasting or duplicating a slide, it can take up to several minutes for LibreOffice to actually complete the action. While it works, the whole application window is blocked.

It looks to me like there is some high complexity loop over the number of slides, since it gets worse and worse with each slide.

It prints the following over and over in the terminal as well, I don't know if that is a possible hint:

** (soffice:19430): WARNING **: Unknown event notification 38

** (soffice:19430): WARNING **: Unknown event notification 36

** (soffice:19430): WARNING **: Invalidate all children called

Operating system: openSUSE Tumbleweed

Libreoffice version: libreoffice-5.0.1.1-1.1.x86_64

Can you produce an example document?
I could not repro from scratch.

Win 7 Pro 64-bit, Version: 5.0.1.2 (32-bit)
Build ID: 81898c9f5c0d43f3473ba111d7b351050be20261
Locale: fi-FI (fi_FI)
Comment 2 Kristoffer Gronlund 2015-09-22 07:19:45 UTC
I think this was a problem with my OS rather than Libreoffice, or possibly with a specific build of Libreoffice. After upgrading, I can no longer reproduce it.

Closing as invalid. Thanks!
