Description Javier Perez 2015-09-05 17:53:14 UTC
Right now the only way to rotate a Data Label is around its center.
We should be able to rotate it around the edges.

Use Case:
If I have a line chart with the line going lower left to upper right, you may want to have the labels turned upper left towards lower right to improve readibility and visibility. Right now, if you do that, the label ends up pointing towards a non existing point because it is being rotated around the center from a line above or to the side of the data point.
