When installing LO 5.0.1.2 (Win x86_64) on a Windows 7 64-bit from a drive different to "C:", the installer reports error 1305 (see attached screen shot).

However, installation works fine if the MSI file (LibreOffice_5.0.1_Win_x64.msi) is simply moved to some folder on drive "C:" and executed from this location.

Bug 90541 seems to be about the same thing (screenshot has D:).

Maybe you could try the thing that solved it for Fahad:
"I gave the user SYSTEM full access to the folder in which the msi file was and the install worked fine"

Setting this as dupe as this really seems to be identical.
