Open a 3d chart in edit mode and the Z axis and Z axis title checkboxes in the Elements content panel are still disabled.

Can you show me such a document? There are different kinds of 3D charts and not all support z axis elements.
Comment 2 Yousuf Philips (jay) (retired) 2015-09-20 23:02:39 UTC
1) Open Writer
2) Insert Chart
3) Open chart type dialog and check 3d look
4) Z axis and Z axis title checkboxes are disable, though Z axis checkbox is checked
5) Exiting and re-entering chart edit mode wont make the checkboxes enable
Comment 3 Markus Mohrhard 2015-09-21 00:13:56 UTC
Ok, this is actually most likely the correct behavior.

The chart has actually a useless z-axis that you can not influence. If it is there or not does not make a difference. However the model correctly reports that the axis is there. Now if you go to a real 3D chart and not just a chart with 3D looks the checkboxes are also enabled.
