When enabling title elements in the elements content panel of the chart sidebar, it always inserts the text 'Title' rather than a more suitable title (e.g. Subtitle). Version: 5.1.0.0.alpha1+ Build ID: 2639eadce4c9ccead9112a6893b5e9e2e0fefd78 TinderBox: Linux-rpm_deb-x86_64@70-TDF, Branch:master, Time: 2015-09-14_23:56:58 Locale: en-US (en_US.UTF-8)
Is there a reason why all of these are being reported against 5.1 - if it's a bug version should reflect oldest version....as has been the policy of QA for some years.
These are bugs in the new chart sidebar that moggi is implementing for 5.1. How would you like me to classify them?
That is a 5.1/master bug so the classification is correct. The bug is even more severe as the string is not localized yet.
Markus Mohrhard committed a patch related to this issue. More information about daily builds can be found at: http://wiki.documentfoundation.org/Testing_Daily_Builds Affected users are encouraged to test the fix and report feedback.
Subtitle was fixed, but X, Y, and Z Axis titles are inserted as 'Title'.
(In reply to Yousuf Philips (jay) from comment #5) > Subtitle was fixed, but X, Y, and Z Axis titles are inserted as 'Title'. Yes. That is the behavior that I implemented and consider correct.
