Comments in document margins seem to print in that we can detect their presence through PDF outputs; however they are not visible.

LO 5.0.0.5|Writer, W7Pro

I can't seem to get comments to print in the margin of a document. What I get is the highlighted text, the dashed line, and ... nothing - where there should be a box with comments in it, there's nothing. Note that this is true in Print Preview as well. I've tried all the settings I can think of, but nothing seems to make them turn up. Page size is standard letter size. Comments do turn up if printed at the end of the document, or at the end of the page (turn up on a new page). Any thoughts?

Side notes, while I'm at it. 1. The LO print options (such as where to print comments) don't seem to 'stick' from File|Printer Settings to File|Print. 2. File|Print Preview doesn't show comments at all. There must be a way to see them there, but I haven't found it.
